I own over thirty hats and will not deal with any other company or person for my panama's. A word of caution, there are others trying to make you believe they are the "Panama Hat Direct Co." by misspelling the name and using it as theirs or by using the words in front of their Mall Company. They kept me updated through the whole process(with pictures of my actual hat) it was gratifying to see the pride and attention to detail throughout! Sizing was a snap as they provide you with a printable measuring tape to get it perfect. My hat feels like it was made for me because essentially it was!
