They kept me updated through the whole process(with pictures of my actual hat) it was gratifying to see the pride and attention to detail throughout! Great service Great service, have always been able to ask questions and have had them answered promptly. Status of the production of my hats and shipping details have always been advised and arrival here in New Zealand eagerly awaited. Five days from shipping to delivery has been the best so far.
