Customer Service Top Notch I have purchased from Jon Hart before, but this year, purchasing everything online has made things more difficult. I recommend if you have questions about leather colors, stamps/monograms and leather quality to call and speak with someone. Their customer service is excellent. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. My overall experience was great thanks to such wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend.

Perfectly done Jon Hart! Perfectly done Jon Hart!! Super fast shipping! When it got here I was so surprised I hadn’t it got a chance to check my email for a tracking number! The make up bag was bigger than we thought but ended up working out perfect! This was a gift for our teenage daughter that cheers along with traveling sports and it fits all her beauty needs!

We love the new travel kits We love the new travel kits. Great amount of space. The material seems durable. The initials look very Jon Hart! The only downside is the zipper is difficult to use on the two corners, we are hoping with use they will become easier.

She promptly called me in response to a voice message, has me send a photograph of the item I was endeavoring to purchase. Upon receipt of the photo she researched the item and called me back with information on how to locate the item and place my order. Her instructions were very good, and I placed my order. Amazingly, she followed up later that day and requested the order number so she could follow it. Although I did not expect the item for 3-4 weeks, it arived just over a week later. Katherine served Jon Hart and me well.

I had an issue with placing my order and was able to resolve it quickly through customer service. I will definitely be placing more orders in the future!
