I especially like the color descriptions and post purchase product care info. Shipping was on time and as expected. Jon Hart products are long lasting and trendy. I purchased 3 Jon Hart backpacks for my teenage daughters again this year. This second purchase was to switch out to new colors. The Jon hart color options make it easy to pick a product fitting your current style. The monogramming options also make it personal.

20 years and counting!!! I have shopped with Jon Hart for over 20 years!!!! I still have my first set of luggage I received as my HS graduation gift!! I now have incorporated Jon Hart into my family and into my children’s lives as well....these products are so well made and worth every penny....classic pieces that fit anyone’s style!!!! Fast shipping! I ordered the large backpack. I love that it fits my laptop with the Jon Hart 15” computer case. My order shipped quickly and was delivered to me the next day! I want to suggest, however, that the photos/videos on the website be improved, however. I’ve only been able to order my Jon Hart products online, and it’s difficult to tell how large a product is even with the dimensions listed.

I have purchase 2 of the clear… I have purchase 2 of the clear backpacks. I for each of my oldest 2 granddaughters. The delivery time on both were very fast! We had some issues with one of the backpacks and customer service was great. They were very quick to resolve all the problems and was custoner service at its best. There will be more purchases from Jon Hart in the future. Love their products and their business ethics.

Katherine at Jon Hart K back to Katherine was the most helpful Customer Service person I have encountered in my many, many years of shopping. She promptly called me in response to a voice message, has me send a photograph of the item I was endeavoring to purchase. Upon receipt of the photo she researched the item and called me back with information on how to locate the item and place my order. Her instructions were very good, and I placed my order. Amazingly, she followed up later that day and requested the order number so she could follow it. Although I did not expect the item for 3-4 weeks, it arived just over a week later. Katherine served Jon Hart and me well.
