I purchased 3 Jon Hart backpacks for my teenage daughters again this year. This second purchase was to switch out to new colors. The Jon hart color options make it easy to pick a product fitting your current style. The monogramming options also make it personal.

Cutest Little Backpack The backpack is darling! I wanted the light purple color to match my current diaper bag and even though it wasn't shown online, I contacted customer service and they made the change for me. It is a piece my daughter will carry for a long time!

Katherine at Jon Hart K back to Katherine was the most helpful Customer Service person I have encountered in my many, many years of shopping. She promptly called me in response to a voice message, has me send a photograph of the item I was endeavoring to purchase. Upon receipt of the photo she researched the item and called me back with information on how to locate the item and place my order. Her instructions were very good, and I placed my order. Amazingly, she followed up later that day and requested the order number so she could follow it. Although I did not expect the item for 3-4 weeks, it arived just over a week later. Katherine served Jon Hart and me well.
