GBLily & Bean customer service is amazing!! Lily & Bean customer service is outstanding! I have been looking forward to receiving my personalized Jumbo canvas tote. I was curshed when I received a medium tote in error. However, customer service responded immediately, corrected the issue and shipped me a jumbo tote within a week. I could not believe how responsive Lin was and her amazing professional attitude. Mistakes happen, and Lily & Bean addressed the issue impeccably. Thank you.

GBHands down theeee best customer service⦠Hands down theeee best customer service ever. I went back and forth about getting the item I wanted (clutch) and couldnt decide if I wanted my initials or not. Apparently, when I finally decided, I made a mistake and forgot to remove the note that said āno initialsā even though I put my initials in. I emailed into customer service and Lucy was so responsive and helpful and immediately fixed the issue for me. She was super helpful and nice. I totally recommend this company. The quality is exceptional at such a good deal. Totally happy and recommend!!

GBExcellent Customer Service I placed an order which quoted 3/4 weeks on the website which meant I would receive for my daughters 30th Birthday. I received the order confirmation apologising that the current lead time was 6 weeks. I emailed Lily & Bean support about my concerns and that I may have to cancel the order if not received by 14th May. I received an email by return from Lin explaining the longer lead time but as it was for a special occasion she would expedite for me on 15/04. Lin has followed up today 23/04 saying that my purchase is being dispatched today. Thank you for taking the time to keep me updated and your fabulous customer service. I look forward to receiving my purchase in the coming days. Well done Lin :)

GBLin is a credit to their customer support Lin is an amazing customer service assistant. I brought the most beautiful and top quality tote bag and I couldnāt be happier. I fell in love with the bag and purchased this without realising/remembering⦠Iām moving house in May. I contacted customer support as I thought Iād messed up and that Iād have to cancel due to the 4/6 weeks of waiting (normal for a personalised bag). Lin went out of her way to help my order move swiftly through the different departments and updated me along the way. I have now received my bag before I move house and I couldnāt be more grateful to Lin and the rest of the team. I will absolutely be a returning customer⦠after I move house.
