Amazing customer service A personalised tote bag was order for a present for my wife for our wedding anniversary, it was ordered in good time but the time was running out. I contacted customer services to get an update, and explained the situation. Hands down theeee best customer service… Hands down theeee best customer service ever. I went back and forth about getting the item I wanted (clutch) and couldnt decide if I wanted my initials or not. Apparently, when I finally decided, I made a mistake and forgot to remove the note that said ‘no initials’ even though I put my initials in. I emailed into customer service and Lucy was so responsive and helpful and immediately fixed the issue for me. She was super helpful and nice. I totally recommend this company. The quality is exceptional at such a good deal. Totally happy and recommend!!

Wow what a wonderful experience and product! Wow! The customer service team is absolutely the best! I received my order yesterday (I live in Canada) and it was the first time I had purchased from Lilly and Bean…the tote is just beautiful as are the makeup bags and the quality is terrific.
