BNFeels cheap, is cheap, but not cheap in pricing I bought the velvet tote bag for £175, and to be honest, for that price, you’re better off with known brands like Coach or Kate Spade. Extremely poor quality - the customised initials fell off after a few months’ use. The letters were literally stuck on using 3M stickers. Shipping was a nightmare - they wrongly inputted my address. Overall, won’t recommend. It’s giving mass-production.

Unfortunately my luggage arrived with a bump in the corner, I reached out to Lucy at costumer service and she immediately told me they would send a new cabin bag, very easy, nice and super serviceminded.
