BNFeels cheap, is cheap, but not cheap in pricing I bought the velvet tote bag for £175, and to be honest, for that price, you’re better off with known brands like Coach or Kate Spade. Extremely poor quality - the customised initials fell off after a few months’ use. The letters were literally stuck on using 3M stickers. Shipping was a nightmare - they wrongly inputted my address. Overall, won’t recommend. It’s giving mass-production.

SEOrdered the travel set with my… Ordered the travel set with my initials, very happy with the pieces, very high quality product. Unfortunately my luggage arrived with a bump in the corner, I reached out to Lucy at costumer service and she immediately told me they would send a new cabin bag, very easy, nice and super serviceminded.

GBExcellent Customer Service I placed an order which quoted 3/4 weeks on the website which meant I would receive for my daughters 30th Birthday. I received the order confirmation apologising that the current lead time was 6 weeks. I emailed Lily & Bean support about my concerns and that I may have to cancel the order if not received by 14th May. I received an email by return from Lin explaining the longer lead time but as it was for a special occasion she would expedite for me on 15/04. Lin has followed up today 23/04 saying that my purchase is being dispatched today. Thank you for taking the time to keep me updated and your fabulous customer service. I look forward to receiving my purchase in the coming days. Well done Lin :)

GBHands down theeee best customer service… Hands down theeee best customer service ever. I went back and forth about getting the item I wanted (clutch) and couldnt decide if I wanted my initials or not. Apparently, when I finally decided, I made a mistake and forgot to remove the note that said ‘no initials’ even though I put my initials in. I emailed into customer service and Lucy was so responsive and helpful and immediately fixed the issue for me. She was super helpful and nice. I totally recommend this company. The quality is exceptional at such a good deal. Totally happy and recommend!!
