Great customer service! More than 5 weeks after ordering my bag i followed up to see how much longer it would be as heard nothing since placing the order. Lin responded stating they are very busy and orders taking 6 weeks, but would be several more weeks before mine would be done. Told her i was aware of the extra time orders were taking and why ordered well in advance to have the bag for a holiday, but as it was over 5 weeks since ordering and i am in Australia wouldn't be getting it in 6 weeks. Lin was great and said would push my order through so it would leave in next few days. Thank you Lin!

Excellent Customer Service - Thank You, Lin! I have admired these beautiful bags and personalization for a while and knew it would be the perfect gift for my Niece's 21st birthday! This was my first order with the company and was SO pleased with their customer service. Specifically, Lin was very clear, prompt and helpful in making sure I'd receive the gift in time. Amazing customer service A personalised tote bag was order for a present for my wife for our wedding anniversary, it was ordered in good time but the time was running out. I contacted customer services to get an update, and explained the situation. Lucy in customer services responded the same day, saying she would sort this - and she did, the bag arrived last week for our anniversary today. - Wife loves the bag A massive thank you to Lucy, who not only sorted this but kept me up to date throughout and a huge thank you for all at Lily and Bean - amazing customer service. - Id give 6 starts if I could

Feels cheap, is cheap, but not cheap in pricing I bought the velvet tote bag for £175, and to be honest, for that price, you’re better off with known brands like Coach or Kate Spade. Extremely poor quality - the customised initials fell off after a few months’ use. The letters were literally stuck on using 3M stickers. Shipping was a nightmare - they wrongly inputted my address. Overall, won’t recommend. It’s giving mass-production.
