Excellent Customer Service I placed an order which quoted 3/4 weeks on the website which meant I would receive for my daughters 30th Birthday. I received the order confirmation apologising that the current lead time was 6 weeks. I emailed Lily & Bean support about my concerns and that I may have to cancel the order if not received by 14th May. I received an email by return from Lin explaining the longer lead time but as it was for a special occasion she would expedite for me on 15/04. Lin has followed up today 23/04 saying that my purchase is being dispatched today. Thank you for taking the time to keep me updated and your fabulous customer service. Unfortunately my luggage arrived with a bump in the corner, I reached out to Lucy at costumer service and she immediately told me they would send a new cabin bag, very easy, nice and super serviceminded.
