Unfortunately my luggage arrived with a bump in the corner, I reached out to Lucy at costumer service and she immediately told me they would send a new cabin bag, very easy, nice and super serviceminded.

I received my order yesterday (I live in Canada) and it was the first time I had purchased from Lilly and Bean…the tote is just beautiful as are the makeup bags and the quality is terrific.
