Lin to the rescue! I initially purchased a personalized bag for an upcoming vacation and on the site, it said available in 2-3 weeks, but when I received the confirmation email from L&B, it said 6 weeks, which won't be enough time before I leave! I was devastated but reached out to L&B and Lin provided GREAT customer service! She said she would expedite the order so that I could use the bag for my vacation! I was SO excited and am now just hoping that it gets here in time! If it does, I will certainly be a Lily & Bean customer for life!

Wow what a wonderful experience and product! Wow! The customer service team is absolutely the best! I received my order yesterday (I live in Canada) and it was the first time I had purchased from Lilly and Bean…the tote is just beautiful as are the makeup bags and the quality is terrific. I have ordered more items and plan to be a regular customer…so many wonderful items for me to get!

Absolutely amazing service I cannot recommend Lily & Bean enough. The customer service is outstanding. I contacted them with a request and they acted on it immediately and kept me updated. Amazing customer service A personalised tote bag was order for a present for my wife for our wedding anniversary, it was ordered in good time but the time was running out. I contacted customer services to get an update, and explained the situation. Lucy in customer services responded the same day, saying she would sort this - and she did, the bag arrived last week for our anniversary today. - Wife loves the bag A massive thank you to Lucy, who not only sorted this but kept me up to date throughout and a huge thank you for all at Lily and Bean - amazing customer service. - Id give 6 starts if I could
