Absolutely amazing service I cannot recommend Lily & Bean enough. The customer service is outstanding. I contacted them with a request and they acted on it immediately and kept me updated. I’ve just received my bag and I honestly couldn’t be happier. All ready for my holiday next week. Thank you ☺️

I am rating this on customer service… I am rating this on customer service provided by Lucy. I emailed to check in on my order, which was submitted on March 21, 5 weeks ago. She checked into it and saw that the bag I ordered was not in stock and unavailable for quite some time. I never received an email from the Lily & Bean about this issue so Lucy offered me a solution, as I need this bag for my vacation, which was to select a different color and she would have my order expedited as my trip begins on May 23. I do hope that I will receive the bag by then and if so will send another review on the quality, as I am expecting it to be perfect. Thank you Lucy for your prompt service!!!

Wow what a wonderful experience and product! Wow! The customer service team is absolutely the best! I received my order yesterday (I live in Canada) and it was the first time I had purchased from Lilly and Bean…the tote is just beautiful as are the makeup bags and the quality is terrific. I have ordered more items and plan to be a regular customer…so many wonderful items for me to get!

Lily & Bean customer service is amazing!! Lily & Bean customer service is outstanding! I have been looking forward to receiving my personalized Jumbo canvas tote. I was curshed when I received a medium tote in error. However, customer service responded immediately, corrected the issue and shipped me a jumbo tote within a week. I could not believe how responsive Lin was and her amazing professional attitude. Mistakes happen, and Lily & Bean addressed the issue impeccably. Thank you.

Excellent Customer Service I placed an order which quoted 3/4 weeks on the website which meant I would receive for my daughters 30th Birthday. I received the order confirmation apologising that the current lead time was 6 weeks. I emailed Lily & Bean support about my concerns and that I may have to cancel the order if not received by 14th May. I received an email by return from Lin explaining the longer lead time but as it was for a special occasion she would expedite for me on 15/04. Lin has followed up today 23/04 saying that my purchase is being dispatched today. Thank you for taking the time to keep me updated and your fabulous customer service. I look forward to receiving my purchase in the coming days. Well done Lin :)
