I fell in love with the bag and purchased this without realising/remembering… I’m moving house in May. I contacted customer support as I thought I’d messed up and that I’d have to cancel due to the 4/6 weeks of waiting (normal for a personalised bag). Lin went out of her way to help my order move swiftly through the different departments and updated me along the way. I have now received my bag before I move house and I couldn’t be more grateful to Lin and the rest of the team. I will absolutely be a returning customer… after I move house.
