Lily & Bean customer service is amazing!! Lily & Bean customer service is outstanding! I have been looking forward to receiving my personalized Jumbo canvas tote. I was curshed when I received a medium tote in error. However, customer service responded immediately, corrected the issue and shipped me a jumbo tote within a week. Amazing customer service A personalised tote bag was order for a present for my wife for our wedding anniversary, it was ordered in good time but the time was running out. I contacted customer services to get an update, and explained the situation.
