Great customer service! More than 5 weeks after ordering my bag i followed up to see how much longer it would be as heard nothing since placing the order. Lin responded stating they are very busy and orders taking 6 weeks, but would be several more weeks before mine would be done. Told her i was aware of the extra time orders were taking and why ordered well in advance to have the bag for a holiday, but as it was over 5 weeks since ordering and i am in Australia wouldn't be getting it in 6 weeks. Lin was great and said would push my order through so it would leave in next few days. Thank you Lin!

Absolutely amazing service I cannot recommend Lily & Bean enough. The customer service is outstanding. I contacted them with a request and they acted on it immediately and kept me updated. I’ve just received my bag and I honestly couldn’t be happier. All ready for my holiday next week. Thank you ☺️

Unfortunately my luggage arrived with a bump in the corner, I reached out to Lucy at costumer service and she immediately told me they would send a new cabin bag, very easy, nice and super serviceminded.

Amazing customer service A personalised tote bag was order for a present for my wife for our wedding anniversary, it was ordered in good time but the time was running out. I contacted customer services to get an update, and explained the situation. Lin is a credit to their customer support Lin is an amazing customer service assistant. I brought the most beautiful and top quality tote bag and I couldn’t be happier. I fell in love with the bag and purchased this without realising/remembering… I’m moving house in May. I contacted customer support as I thought I’d messed up and that I’d have to cancel due to the 4/6 weeks of waiting (normal for a personalised bag). Lin went out of her way to help my order move swiftly through the different departments and updated me along the way. I have now received my bag before I move house and I couldn’t be more grateful to Lin and the rest of the team. I will absolutely be a returning customer… after I move house.
