I was curshed when I received a medium tote in error. However, customer service responded immediately, corrected the issue and shipped me a jumbo tote within a week. Lin is a credit to their customer support Lin is an amazing customer service assistant. I brought the most beautiful and top quality tote bag and I couldn’t be happier. I fell in love with the bag and purchased this without realising/remembering… I’m moving house in May. I contacted customer support as I thought I’d messed up and that I’d have to cancel due to the 4/6 weeks of waiting (normal for a personalised bag).
