Customer service is absolutely… Customer service is absolutely unmatched. I emailed in a question and my problem was solved in twenty minutes. Lucy was an absolute gem and saved my birthday present for a friends 50th. I won’t hesitate to recommend and buy again!

Lin is a credit to their customer support Lin is an amazing customer service assistant. I brought the most beautiful and top quality tote bag and I couldn’t be happier. I fell in love with the bag and purchased this without realising/remembering… I’m moving house in May. I contacted customer support as I thought I’d messed up and that I’d have to cancel due to the 4/6 weeks of waiting (normal for a personalised bag). Lin went out of her way to help my order move swiftly through the different departments and updated me along the way. I have now received my bag before I move house and I couldn’t be more grateful to Lin and the rest of the team. I will absolutely be a returning customer… after I move house. Amazing customer service A personalised tote bag was order for a present for my wife for our wedding anniversary, it was ordered in good time but the time was running out. I contacted customer services to get an update, and explained the situation.
