I am rating this on customer service… I am rating this on customer service provided by Lucy. I emailed to check in on my order, which was submitted on March 21, 5 weeks ago. She checked into it and saw that the bag I ordered was not in stock and unavailable for quite some time. I never received an email from the Lily & Bean about this issue so Lucy offered me a solution, as I need this bag for my vacation, which was to select a different color and she would have my order expedited as my trip begins on May 23. I do hope that I will receive the bag by then and if so will send another review on the quality, as I am expecting it to be perfect. Thank you Lucy for your prompt service!!!

Wow what a wonderful experience and product! Wow! The customer service team is absolutely the best! I received my order yesterday (I live in Canada) and it was the first time I had purchased from Lilly and Bean…the tote is just beautiful as are the makeup bags and the quality is terrific.
