GBLin is a credit to their customer support Lin is an amazing customer service assistant. I brought the most beautiful and top quality tote bag and I couldn’t be happier. I fell in love with the bag and purchased this without realising/remembering… I’m moving house in May. I contacted customer support as I thought I’d messed up and that I’d have to cancel due to the 4/6 weeks of waiting (normal for a personalised bag). Lin went out of her way to help my order move swiftly through the different departments and updated me along the way. I have now received my bag before I move house and I couldn’t be more grateful to Lin and the rest of the team. I will absolutely be a returning customer… after I move house. Fantastic bag, great quality and lovely employees. Thank you so much for you help and understanding.

GBCustomer service is absolutely… Customer service is absolutely unmatched. I emailed in a question and my problem was solved in twenty minutes. Lucy was an absolute gem and saved my birthday present for a friends 50th. I won’t hesitate to recommend and buy again!

GBLin to the rescue! I initially purchased a personalized bag for an upcoming vacation and on the site, it said available in 2-3 weeks, but when I received the confirmation email from L&B, it said 6 weeks, which won't be enough time before I leave! I was devastated but reached out to L&B and Lin provided GREAT customer service! She said she would expedite the order so that I could use the bag for my vacation! I was SO excited and am now just hoping that it gets here in time! If it does, I will certainly be a Lily & Bean customer for life!

GBI am rating this on customer service… I am rating this on customer service provided by Lucy. I emailed to check in on my order, which was submitted on March 21, 5 weeks ago. She checked into it and saw that the bag I ordered was not in stock and unavailable for quite some time. I never received an email from the Lily & Bean about this issue so Lucy offered me a solution, as I need this bag for my vacation, which was to select a different color and she would have my order expedited as my trip begins on May 23. I do hope that I will receive the bag by then and if so will send another review on the quality, as I am expecting it to be perfect. Thank you Lucy for your prompt service!!!

GBExcellent Customer Service I placed an order which quoted 3/4 weeks on the website which meant I would receive for my daughters 30th Birthday. I received the order confirmation apologising that the current lead time was 6 weeks. I emailed Lily & Bean support about my concerns and that I may have to cancel the order if not received by 14th May. I received an email by return from Lin explaining the longer lead time but as it was for a special occasion she would expedite for me on 15/04. Lin has followed up today 23/04 saying that my purchase is being dispatched today. Thank you for taking the time to keep me updated and your fabulous customer service. I look forward to receiving my purchase in the coming days. Well done Lin :)
