I was curshed when I received a medium tote in error. However, customer service responded immediately, corrected the issue and shipped me a jumbo tote within a week. Wow what a wonderful experience and product! Wow! The customer service team is absolutely the best! I received my order yesterday (I live in Canada) and it was the first time I had purchased from Lilly and Bean…the tote is just beautiful as are the makeup bags and the quality is terrific.
