Amazing customer service A personalised tote bag was order for a present for my wife for our wedding anniversary, it was ordered in good time but the time was running out. I contacted customer services to get an update, and explained the situation. I ordered a make-up bag for my mother in law for Mother's Day and made an inquiry via email about the delivery date. Lin was incredibly responsive and helpful.

Lin to the rescue! I initially purchased a personalized bag for an upcoming vacation and on the site, it said available in 2-3 weeks, but when I received the confirmation email from L&B, it said 6 weeks, which won't be enough time before I leave! I was devastated but reached out to L&B and Lin provided GREAT customer service! She said she would expedite the order so that I could use the bag for my vacation! I was SO excited and am now just hoping that it gets here in time! If it does, I will certainly be a Lily & Bean customer for life!
