Amazing customer service A personalised tote bag was order for a present for my wife for our wedding anniversary, it was ordered in good time but the time was running out. I contacted customer services to get an update, and explained the situation. Unfortunately my luggage arrived with a bump in the corner, I reached out to Lucy at costumer service and she immediately told me they would send a new cabin bag, very easy, nice and super serviceminded.
