Excellent Customer Service - Thank You, Lin! I have admired these beautiful bags and personalization for a while and knew it would be the perfect gift for my Niece's 21st birthday! This was my first order with the company and was SO pleased with their customer service. Specifically, Lin was very clear, prompt and helpful in making sure I'd receive the gift in time. I am rating this on customer service… I am rating this on customer service provided by Lucy. I emailed to check in on my order, which was submitted on March 21, 5 weeks ago. She checked into it and saw that the bag I ordered was not in stock and unavailable for quite some time. I never received an email from the Lily & Bean about this issue so Lucy offered me a solution, as I need this bag for my vacation, which was to select a different color and she would have my order expedited as my trip begins on May 23. I do hope that I will receive the bag by then and if so will send another review on the quality, as I am expecting it to be perfect. Thank you Lucy for your prompt service!!!
