Hands down theeee best customer service… Hands down theeee best customer service ever. I went back and forth about getting the item I wanted (clutch) and couldnt decide if I wanted my initials or not. Apparently, when I finally decided, I made a mistake and forgot to remove the note that said ‘no initials’ even though I put my initials in. I emailed into customer service and Lucy was so responsive and helpful and immediately fixed the issue for me. She was super helpful and nice. I totally recommend this company. The quality is exceptional at such a good deal. Totally happy and recommend!!

Lin is a credit to their customer support Lin is an amazing customer service assistant. I brought the most beautiful and top quality tote bag and I couldn’t be happier. I fell in love with the bag and purchased this without realising/remembering… I’m moving house in May. I contacted customer support as I thought I’d messed up and that I’d have to cancel due to the 4/6 weeks of waiting (normal for a personalised bag). Lin went out of her way to help my order move swiftly through the different departments and updated me along the way.
