Lin to the rescue! I initially purchased a personalized bag for an upcoming vacation and on the site, it said available in 2-3 weeks, but when I received the confirmation email from L&B, it said 6 weeks, which won't be enough time before I leave! I was devastated but reached out to L&B and Lin provided GREAT customer service! She said she would expedite the order so that I could use the bag for my vacation! I was SO excited and am now just hoping that it gets here in time! If it does, I will certainly be a Lily & Bean customer for life!

Excellent Customer Service - Thank You, Lin! I have admired these beautiful bags and personalization for a while and knew it would be the perfect gift for my Niece's 21st birthday! This was my first order with the company and was SO pleased with their customer service. Specifically, Lin was very clear, prompt and helpful in making sure I'd receive the gift in time. I appreciate Lin's communication and she even followed-up with me to ensure I knew the package had been shipped. Excellent customer service!! Thank you!

I am rating this on customer serviceā€¦ I am rating this on customer service provided by Lucy. I emailed to check in on my order, which was submitted on March 21, 5 weeks ago. She checked into it and saw that the bag I ordered was not in stock and unavailable for quite some time. I never received an email from the Lily & Bean about this issue so Lucy offered me a solution, as I need this bag for my vacation, which was to select a different color and she would have my order expedited as my trip begins on May 23. I do hope that I will receive the bag by then and if so will send another review on the quality, as I am expecting it to be perfect. Thank you Lucy for your prompt service!!!
