Slow wait but worthwhile experience Currently waiting on a package due to business moving buildings which would therefore make it a little slower. Gives me time to check out items. Perfect shop for anime fans and kawaii lovers! NattyCat's shop is one of the cutest and most creative places to buy enamel pins, plushies, and unique anime merch. She's an artist, so she designs her own products! I've been a customer of Natty's for almost a year now and I've never had a -single- negative experience. Product quality, shipping and customer service have been impeccable, and NattyCat herself is one of the kindest, most patient small business owners I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with (we've exchanged a few emails personally, and she's gone above and beyond to help me). I'm looking forward to the future of the store and can't wait to see what comes out next!

The woman who owns this business runs… The woman who owns this business runs things as if she is a child in charge of a pretend store. I’ve ordered multiple times and she consistently takes 2+ weeks to ship- much longer than the expected shipping timeframe listed on the website. Last time I ordered, it had been nearly 3 weeks since the ship date, and the tracking provided still stated that the USPS was awaiting the item. I contacted NattyCat and got a response that the package had been shipped more than a week prior. I was told to wait a few more days and that if I didn’t receive it, to reach out and it would be resent. I of course never received it, so I reached out to ask for a refund. After 5 days of no response from the business, I filed a claim with PayPal and received a refund. Do not recommend - it’s clear this business and its customer service (or lack thereof) is a complete joke to the owner.

I have been extremely satisfied every… I have been extremely satisfied every time I purchase from NattyCat. All of her products are of high quality, and it is evident she cares so much about her customers and her art. With my most recent purchase, I have started to grow a little corner of NattyCat pins specifically because they’re just too good! The owner herself always ships things as timely as her health and personal life will allow, but I’ve never waited longer than two weeks for shipping. As a small business with limited resources and classic USPS delivery methods, she knocks it out of the park and makes sure her customers end up satisfied with their purchases and products.

A++++ shop for enamel pin lovers and collectors! I’ve ordered pins from NattyCat before and my experience was nothing short of wonderful! My items shipped and arrived quickly (although NC obviously has no control over USPS, so any delays on USPS’s end wouldn’t have been her fault!). The pins I received are super high quality and some of my favorites in my collection. I highly recommend this seller!
