Excellent business and products I am a frequent customer of Natty and her products are out of this world! (pun intended 👽) They are unique, well made, and her bags and wallets are so practical. I’ve also had experience using customer service and Natty always responds to my inquiries within a few business days. She has been such a pleasure to work with and super sweet when answering emails. When I backed Natty’s kickstarter projects, she always has frequent updates for the backers. The packaging is cute and secure. Both my every day wallet and my purple coffin ITA bag are multiple years old and still holding up well to wear and tear Customer service has always been wonderful, even when something was left out of my order she was quick to remedy the issue. Kickstarter rewards always go out in a timely manner and I've never had an issue with shipping times, USPS delays are normal for all small business's but that isn't the sellers fault and NattyCat has always been very helpful in finding things that may have been misscanned or delayed by USPS. I'll be shopping with her again this holiday season

She's an artist, so she designs her own products! I've been a customer of Natty's for almost a year now and I've never had a -single- negative experience.
