I've bought a few things from this… I've bought a few things from this business, both from her website and from kickstarter. The most recent thing i bought was the Alien Kitty Squish Friend! She always makes sure to give the most information and if I've had any questions about shipping she gets back to me as soon as she can (because she's human running a small business!!!) I've never had a bad experience with her and I can't wait to see what she comes out with next!

Excellent business and products I am a frequent customer of Natty and her products are out of this world! (pun intended 👽) They are unique, well made, and her bags and wallets are so practical. I’ve also had experience using customer service and Natty always responds to my inquiries within a few business days. She has been such a pleasure to work with and super sweet when answering emails. When I backed Natty’s kickstarter projects, she always has frequent updates for the backers. The packaging is cute and secure. If you’re looking for cute, practical statement pieces I definitely recommend Nattycat!

Happy with order I recently purchased one of the giant angry alien kitties from this shop that was placed on a preorder and I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. The owner promptly answered my questions/concerns through the shop's Instagram DMs. I'm always a little worried when ordering preorders from small shops due to delays and cancellations, but the item came when expected, if not earlier. Shipping times aren't really up to the shop though as it depends on the carrier, but I thought I should mention it anyway. I'm really glad I decided to order from here. The owner seems like they genuinely care not only about their product but also about their customers. The product was fantastic too. Kitty is super soft with sturdy construction.
