Loving Customer I’ve shopped with NattyCat for multiple years now. I have bought stickers, lanyards, pins, wallets, and Kickstarted two bags. They have all been durable and high quality products that earn me a lot of compliments. It is clear to see that there is a lot of love in this business. During the kickstarters I’ve been involved with, Natty has gone above and beyond to send out newsletters highlighting the process of making the bags, shipping information, and progress. When a small business owner loves their company and customers, it is evident in everything they do. Her love for her business is seen in every product! I love NattyCat ♡

Repeat customer of many years, and many to come… This brand has some of the most well made and high quality products I have ever purchased. Both my every day wallet and my purple coffin ITA bag are multiple years old and still holding up well to wear and tear Customer service has always been wonderful, even when something was left out of my order she was quick to remedy the issue. Kickstarter rewards always go out in a timely manner and I've never had an issue with shipping times, USPS delays are normal for all small business's but that isn't the sellers fault and NattyCat has always been very helpful in finding things that may have been misscanned or delayed by USPS. I'll be shopping with her again this holiday season

Happy with order I recently purchased one of the giant angry alien kitties from this shop that was placed on a preorder and I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. The owner promptly answered my questions/concerns through the shop's Instagram DMs. I'm always a little worried when ordering preorders from small shops due to delays and cancellations, but the item came when expected, if not earlier. Shipping times aren't really up to the shop though as it depends on the carrier, but I thought I should mention it anyway. I'm really glad I decided to order from here. The owner seems like they genuinely care not only about their product but also about their customers. The product was fantastic too. Kitty is super soft with sturdy construction.

All of her products are of high quality, and it is evident she cares so much about her customers and her art. With my most recent purchase, I have started to grow a little corner of NattyCat pins specifically because they’re just too good! The owner herself always ships things as timely as her health and personal life will allow, but I’ve never waited longer than two weeks for shipping. As a small business with limited resources and classic USPS delivery methods, she knocks it out of the park and makes sure her customers end up satisfied with their purchases and products.
