Amazing shop Nattycat is honestly one of my absolute favorite small businesses. I order from her frequently and she is an amazingly sweet person who always takes great care of her customers. Her products are just as wonderful! I have stickers, pins, a lanyard, one of her everyday bags, one of her wallets, one of her tumblers, etc and I use them all daily and they have all held up extremely well. If you love kawaii products, you don't want to miss out on ordering from her!

The woman who owns this business runs… The woman who owns this business runs things as if she is a child in charge of a pretend store. I’ve ordered multiple times and she consistently takes 2+ weeks to ship- much longer than the expected shipping timeframe listed on the website. Last time I ordered, it had been nearly 3 weeks since the ship date, and the tracking provided still stated that the USPS was awaiting the item. I contacted NattyCat and got a response that the package had been shipped more than a week prior. I was told to wait a few more days and that if I didn’t receive it, to reach out and it would be resent. I of course never received it, so I reached out to ask for a refund. After 5 days of no response from the business, I filed a claim with PayPal and received a refund. Do not recommend - it’s clear this business and its customer service (or lack thereof) is a complete joke to the owner.

My order with NattyCat was via her… My order with NattyCat was via her Kickstarter for the everyday bag - she kept us informed every step of the way of the progress for our pledges, and once the item was shipped, it arrived in a timely fashion (travelling half way across the world!). Any questions I've had have been answered within 48 hours via the email address on her website, and she has been nothing but polite, helpful and transparent! I'm now waiting my pledges from her most recent Kickstarter!

Cute things & Excellent service This shop always has such cute products! I've ordered so many pins & the mini ID wallet has been a life saver for conventions! The desk mat I ordered for my brother's birthday has held up so well too! The shop owner is quick to respond to any emails I've sent. She was even able to combine shopping for two orders I had placed within a day of each other & refund me the redundant shipping!

Personal care every time This shop always has the cutest options and takes feedback and suggestions from customers, which is super refreshing. Items are usually wrapped in cute paper with a personalized touch so it's a joy to receive every time! I appreciate the time and care taken with each order I've made and I even feel safe trusting them with preorders. Often I'll find that by the time I start thinking "oh, when is that order I placed coming?", I'll get a sudden email alerting me that it's shipped. But in rare cases of needing to reach out, it's nice to hear a human on the other end and not some automated robot service, so you know you'll be taken care of.
