Repeat customer of many years, and many to come… This brand has some of the most well made and high quality products I have ever purchased. Both my every day wallet and my purple coffin ITA bag are multiple years old and still holding up well to wear and tear Customer service has always been wonderful, even when something was left out of my order she was quick to remedy the issue. Kickstarter rewards always go out in a timely manner and I've never had an issue with shipping times, USPS delays are normal for all small business's but that isn't the sellers fault and NattyCat has always been very helpful in finding things that may have been misscanned or delayed by USPS. I'll be shopping with her again this holiday season

She always makes sure to give the most information and if I've had any questions about shipping she gets back to me as soon as she can (because she's human running a small business!!!)
