Buyer Beware Retraction Hello again. I'm writing my review based on customer service. After my Buyer Beware review, I have had several emails from Helen Francis, Supervisor of Customer Service & one from Joseph Michael, Customer Success Manager. Both were very apologetic regarding my experience & I really appreciate that. I am in the process of ordering another jacket, hopefully there will be no issues. Also, I noticed the first jacket I ordered has been removed from the selections (that's a good thing). I will write another review once I receive my jacket. Hopefully no issues!!!

The company was a great company to… The company was a great company to order from they are right on the ball with orders. I ordered 2 jackets for my husband and I. I got the brown right away and then got my husband a few weeks later. I was afraid that it was a mistake and contact the company and they contacted me immediately and told me what was going on and the keep me updated on the jacket. I have never worked with a company that really cared for there customers as much as they did. The best company ever and caring. Would recommend this company for a beautiful leather jacket or anything else that it in the store.

The quality of the leather and fit of the jacket is perfect.… The quality of the leather and fit of the jacket is great. The shipments arrived within the time specified and were packaged very well. I bought a black jacket and liked it so much, I purchased another in rubbed brown. This will be my go-to leather jacket store.

Love the coat and this company! I love the leather car coat I bought from Fan Jackets. I am impressed with the design, fit and quality of the garment. I'm even more impressed with the company's customer service, which often is the differentiating factor among vendors selling the same products. First, the coat was $10 less than other offerings of the same product online. Second, the first jacket I received was slightly defective. However, working with Fan Jackets to get a replacement was an extremely pleasant and satisfying experience. I had a replacement coat within 10 days of receiving the first one! I happily and wholeheartedly recommend Fan Jackets. A special shout-out to Moses Michael for the excellent handling of my issue. (And I'll say again that I LOVE the coat. ❤️)
