Love the coat and this company! I love the leather car coat I bought from Fan Jackets. I am impressed with the design, fit and quality of the garment. I'm even more impressed with the company's customer service, which often is the differentiating factor among vendors selling the same products. First, the coat was $10 less than other offerings of the same product online. Second, the first jacket I received was slightly defective. However, working with Fan Jackets to get a replacement was an extremely pleasant and satisfying experience. I had a replacement coat within 10 days of receiving the first one! Excellent product Customer service was excellent, and the added use of the automated size suggestion was a well thought out addition. My jacket was almost absolutely spot on in size. It came well packaged in not one but two packaging bags to ensure no damage would befall my jacket. I've been wearing the jacket for over a week and even with everyday use including a long hike and a motorcycle ride, the jacket remains exactly as it was when I received it. Though in truth, it now fits my shoulders better

Not as advertised Ordered a jacket for my friend for Christmas, which costed me almost $190. The jacket I received says it is a 2x but it is child size, I needed a 2x men's, which is what was advertised when ordering, not a child's jacket. I tried to use their return portal and every time I put my order information in it gave me a "server error". I sent an email and I am currently waiting on a response so that I can return this item.
