Fan Jacket making me happy t The truthfulness of this company made my experience GREAT! I ordered a jacket for one of my friends and I ordered the wrong size. I emailed the company and a representative contacted me within a few hours to assure me they would take care of me. In a few days I was given the instruction on how to return my jacket. Today, I am very happy and pleased, but my friend is over joyed of this beautiful leather jacket.

Great quality, style, fit and price.. The detailed tailoring on this coat is exceptional. I ordered a XL on Wednesday, it was delivered on Friday. Tried it on over the weekend, it was a bit snug. I think they run a bit small. Sent a request for return size exchange on Sunday, received the authorization and label early Monday morning. Dropped it off at UPS midday on Monday, was shocked the replacement was delivered the next day. The XXL was a perfect fit. Exceptional customer service! I will be back!

Buyer Beware Retraction Hello again. I'm writing my review based on customer service. After my Buyer Beware review, I have had several emails from Helen Francis, Supervisor of Customer Service & one from Joseph Michael, Customer Success Manager. Both were very apologetic regarding my experience & I really appreciate that. I am in the process of ordering another jacket, hopefully there will be no issues. Also, I noticed the first jacket I ordered has been removed from the selections (that's a good thing). I will write another review once I receive my jacket. Hopefully no issues!!!
