I ordered a jacket I ordered a jacket. Received quickly which was good but the jacket wasn’t the right fit for him. I contacted Fan jackets and they gave me different options for refund or exchange. We are working together to resolve this and I’m confident it will work out well.

UNDECIDED! I ordered a beautiful black leather jacket in size large, it was too small! So they quickly exchanged it for an XL in an equally beautiful brown leather Bomber jacket! This one was too loose and big, they tried everything to please me! As soon as I figure out my true size I will definitely order from them again!

The company was a great company to… The company was a great company to order from they are right on the ball with orders. I ordered 2 jackets for my husband and I. I got the brown right away and then got my husband a few weeks later. I was afraid that it was a mistake and contact the company and they contacted me immediately and told me what was going on and the keep me updated on the jacket. I have never worked with a company that really cared for there customers as much as they did. The best company ever and caring. Would recommend this company for a beautiful leather jacket or anything else that it in the store.
