Great quality, style, fit and price.. The detailed tailoring on this coat is exceptional. I ordered a XL on Wednesday, it was delivered on Friday. Tried it on over the weekend, it was a bit snug. I think they run a bit small. Sent a request for return size exchange on Sunday, received the authorization and label early Monday morning. Dropped it off at UPS midday on Monday, was shocked the replacement was delivered the next day. The XXL was a perfect fit. Exceptional customer service! I will be back!

Not as advertised Ordered a jacket for my friend for Christmas, which costed me almost $190. The jacket I received says it is a 2x but it is child size, I needed a 2x men's, which is what was advertised when ordering, not a child's jacket. I tried to use their return portal and every time I put my order information in it gave me a "server error". I sent an email and I am currently waiting on a response so that I can return this item.

This jacket is high quality… This jacket is high quality craftsmanship! The online purchasing process was easy and the sizing chart was perfect for me. Shipping was quick and the packaging was excellent; leather jacket was wrapped in tissue paper and folded into a very nice black zippered bag. This is a beautifully designed, well crafted, soft and supple leather jacket that could easily sell for twice the price! It’s stunning!

The customer service was very helpful, my jacket was too small and I sent an email and received a return label asap. Soon after I received a full refund and purchased the same jacket a larger size. The leather is soft and beautiful! The color is beautiful and since I'm giving this jacket to my 85 year old, very cool mother; I plan to get one for myself.
