Buyer Beware Retraction Hello again. I'm writing my review based on customer service. After my Buyer Beware review, I have had several emails from Helen Francis, Supervisor of Customer Service & one from Joseph Michael, Customer Success Manager. Both were very apologetic regarding my experience & I really appreciate that. I am in the process of ordering another jacket, hopefully there will be no issues. Also, I noticed the first jacket I ordered has been removed from the selections (that's a good thing). I will write another review once I receive my jacket. Hopefully no issues!!!

Beautiful Jacket and Excellent Customer Support My husband was looking forward to receiving his jacket and was extremely pleased with everything about it – the style, the fit, the quality – all were first-rate.
