Great customer service My experience was pleasant, easy transaction. The customer service was great. They kept me up on the delivery service via text, with all the tracking information and delivery, the product was exactly what I ordered. The jacket was wrapped nicely. I will highly recommend ordering from Fan Jackets and I will definitely order again.

The company was a great company to… The company was a great company to order from they are right on the ball with orders. I ordered 2 jackets for my husband and I. I got the brown right away and then got my husband a few weeks later. I was afraid that it was a mistake and contact the company and they contacted me immediately and told me what was going on and the keep me updated on the jacket. I have never worked with a company that really cared for there customers as much as they did. The best company ever and caring. Would recommend this company for a beautiful leather jacket or anything else that it in the store.

Buyer Beware Retraction Hello again. I'm writing my review based on customer service. After my Buyer Beware review, I have had several emails from Helen Francis, Supervisor of Customer Service & one from Joseph Michael, Customer Success Manager. Both were very apologetic regarding my experience & I really appreciate that. I am in the process of ordering another jacket, hopefully there will be no issues. Also, I noticed the first jacket I ordered has been removed from the selections (that's a good thing). I will write another review once I receive my jacket. Hopefully no issues!!!

Beautiful and Comfortable This jacket is not only beautiful it's comfortable and practical. The zip out hood is soft and perfect for rain or snowfall. This jacket hugs your curves while also providing adequate room in the breast area. I would highly recommend for anyone who wants utility and beauty together in a gorgeous soft leather jacket!

I ordered a jacket I ordered a jacket. Received quickly which was good but the jacket wasn’t the right fit for him. I contacted Fan jackets and they gave me different options for refund or exchange. We are working together to resolve this and I’m confident it will work out well.
