Love the coat and this company! I love the leather car coat I bought from Fan Jackets. I am impressed with the design, fit and quality of the garment. I'm even more impressed with the company's customer service, which often is the differentiating factor among vendors selling the same products. First, the coat was $10 less than other offerings of the same product online. Second, the first jacket I received was slightly defective. However, working with Fan Jackets to get a replacement was an extremely pleasant and satisfying experience. I had a replacement coat within 10 days of receiving the first one! I emailed the company and a representative contacted me within a few hours to assure me they would take care of me. In a few days I was given the instruction on how to return my jacket.
