Solgaard customer service is amazing! Solgaard customer service is absolutely amazing. I just got the check-in closet original and my shelve organizer straps started to rip while in South Africa. I emailed a picture of the straps and Lyza was amazing. She gave me two options to have it repaired and cover the costs or have it replaced. I opted for the replacement and got my confirmation that it was placed same day. This is what customer service should be for all companies.

All Over the World with Carry on I received the Solgaard Carry-On as a gift from my wife since I have been traveling a lot more for business. This thing has taken me all over the US, East Coast, West Coast, midwest, and into Asia. It has taken its fair share of bumps and bruises from travel. So finally one of the latching rivets gave out that held the two halves at a 90-degree angle. So I contacted Solgaar CSR and Kristine was able to help me with a replacement in a short period of time.
