GBCannot speak highly of Solgaard… Cannot speak highly of Solgaard customer service (rep: Nate) enough! I love their products but their customer service is what I talk about even more. I had an issue with one of my suitcases and Nate expedited the delivery of a replacement before the (fast-approaching) date of my next trip. He was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and generous. I am so grateful for the assistance and feel more deeply committed to this company than ever. Thank you Solgaard and Nate!

GBI purchased a Solgaard products. I purchased a Solgaard Lifepack Endeavor and Carry-On Closet on May 2, 2023, and I absolutely love the backpack and luggage's quality, design, and convenience. Only yesterday, after the luggage closet inserts ripped, did I realize there was no way I could or would go back in time and travel with regular old luggage. Especially after Nate from Solgaard processed my warranty claim within a few hours of me emailing Solgaard support.

GBFirst trip with their carry on bag and… First trip with their carry on bag and one of the cinch straps for the closet ripped right out of the top of it. Customer service in a few short email exchanges has setup for a new one to be sent. I was able to travel and use the closet, minus the strap, effectively and really like the suitcase overall. Hopefully the replacement won't take months.

GBSolgaard customer service is amazing! Solgaard customer service is absolutely amazing. I just got the check-in closet original and my shelve organizer straps started to rip while in South Africa. I emailed a picture of the straps and Lyza was amazing. She gave me two options to have it repaired and cover the costs or have it replaced. I opted for the replacement and got my confirmation that it was placed same day. This is what customer service should be for all companies.
