Cannot speak highly of Solgaard… Cannot speak highly of Solgaard customer service (rep: Nate) enough! I love their products but their customer service is what I talk about even more. I had an issue with one of my suitcases and Nate expedited the delivery of a replacement before the (fast-approaching) date of my next trip. He was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and generous. I am so grateful for the assistance and feel more deeply committed to this company than ever. Thank you Solgaard and Nate!

Bag Not Allowed on International Flights I travel all over the world. Had only own this Solgaard bag for a month. In Australia, a Qantas flight attendant (Steph) took the bag from me as I boarded a flight from Wellington to Sydney. She told me the bag was not allowed in the cargo section nor the cabin area as it had a rechargeable lithium battery. I then had to put the contents of my bag in a trash bag I had for my trip to Sydney, LA and then the east coast of the U.S. Buyers of this bag should be aware that international airlines will take this bag from flyers and not allow it in the cabin or as a checked bag. Don’t buy the Solgaard bag. Too much risk of an airline not letting you fly with it.

The New Benchmark in Customer Service I bought the Check-In Closet Medium and took it out for its maiden voyage. United Airlines did a fantastic job of beating it up and busting the framework to the point it would no longer latch. After going through the exhaustive claims process with United, they offered a inferior product replacement that I had no interest in. I reached out to Solgaard who worked with me to replace the suitcase as part of the lifetime warranty. Blew me away! The service was exceptional and now I am purchasing yet another bag.

Awesome Backpack and Customer Service!! I picked up the Lifepack Endeavor Backpack a year ago. Excellent bag which I use daily on my commute to the office as well as on all of my work and leisure trips. Extremely durable and practical bag with the ability to expand which really comes in handy when it's the choice between having to select an entirely different piece of luggage. I ran into a minor issue with the backpack due to wear and tear and had an excellent customer service experience. The team was very responsive and worked with me until the issue was resolved. Highly recommend the company if you're looking for a backpack for daily use or travel.
