GBMy wife gave me the large check in as a… My wife gave me the large check in as a gift. While on a trip, the latch to open the luggage was damaged. Lyza did a great job of communicating with me and has sent out a replacement part. I looking forward to receiving it so I can continue to use this great piece of luggage.

CABag Not Allowed on International Flights I travel all over the world. Had only own this Solgaard bag for a month. In Australia, a Qantas flight attendant (Steph) took the bag from me as I boarded a flight from Wellington to Sydney. She told me the bag was not allowed in the cargo section nor the cabin area as it had a rechargeable lithium battery. I then had to put the contents of my bag in a trash bag I had for my trip to Sydney, LA and then the east coast of the U.S. Buyers of this bag should be aware that international airlines will take this bag from flyers and not allow it in the cabin or as a checked bag. Don’t buy the Solgaard bag. Too much risk of an airline not letting you fly with it.

GBGreat products and Great Customer Service I purchased the Solgaard large check-in closet and the carry-on backpack closet for an extended 3-week trip I had to Scotland. These bags held everything I needed with space left over. The bags held up amazingly well on the international flight. Not a scuff, scratch, or dent. While on the trip the closet from my large bag ripped so I was unable to hang it. I contacted Solgaard as soon as I returned and their customer service was so easy to navigate and helpful. Crisvin was thorough and helpful during our conversation. These bags are worth and their customer service is just the cherry on top!

GBI purchased a Solgaard products. I purchased a Solgaard Lifepack Endeavor and Carry-On Closet on May 2, 2023, and I absolutely love the backpack and luggage's quality, design, and convenience. Only yesterday, after the luggage closet inserts ripped, did I realize there was no way I could or would go back in time and travel with regular old luggage. Especially after Nate from Solgaard processed my warranty claim within a few hours of me emailing Solgaard support.
