Awesome Backpack and Customer Service!! I picked up the Lifepack Endeavor Backpack a year ago. Excellent bag which I use daily on my commute to the office as well as on all of my work and leisure trips. Extremely durable and practical bag with the ability to expand which really comes in handy when it's the choice between having to select an entirely different piece of luggage. I ran into a minor issue with the backpack due to wear and tear and had an excellent customer service experience. The team was very responsive and worked with me until the issue was resolved. Highly recommend the company if you're looking for a backpack for daily use or travel.

Great products and customer service We have 5 of the Solgaard suitcases. We love them and have recommended to everyone. There was a small issue with one of the suitcases and I sent in the info. The response was quick and efficient. Nate did a great job and handled the issue completely. Highly recommend the products and the company service levels.

All Over the World with Carry on I received the Solgaard Carry-On as a gift from my wife since I have been traveling a lot more for business. This thing has taken me all over the US, East Coast, West Coast, midwest, and into Asia. It has taken its fair share of bumps and bruises from travel. So finally one of the latching rivets gave out that held the two halves at a 90-degree angle. So I contacted Solgaar CSR and Kristine was able to help me with a replacement in a short period of time. That's some good work there CSR. That's how you get return customers and people supporting your brand. Keep up the good post-sales support.

I purchased a Solgaard products. I purchased a Solgaard Lifepack Endeavor and Carry-On Closet on May 2, 2023, and I absolutely love the backpack and luggage's quality, design, and convenience. Only yesterday, after the luggage closet inserts ripped, did I realize there was no way I could or would go back in time and travel with regular old luggage. Especially after Nate from Solgaard processed my warranty claim within a few hours of me emailing Solgaard support.

Great products and Great Customer Service I purchased the Solgaard large check-in closet and the carry-on backpack closet for an extended 3-week trip I had to Scotland. These bags held everything I needed with space left over. The bags held up amazingly well on the international flight. Not a scuff, scratch, or dent. While on the trip the closet from my large bag ripped so I was unable to hang it. I contacted Solgaard as soon as I returned and their customer service was so easy to navigate and helpful. Crisvin was thorough and helpful during our conversation. These bags are worth and their customer service is just the cherry on top!
