GBWebsite info is conflicting Website info is conflicting. Just found out that although they have a 30 day return policy, if you buy something discounted on the website you can not return it, no matter what, according to their customer service rep.

GBCannot speak highly of Solgaard… Cannot speak highly of Solgaard customer service (rep: Nate) enough! I love their products but their customer service is what I talk about even more. I had an issue with one of my suitcases and Nate expedited the delivery of a replacement before the (fast-approaching) date of my next trip. He was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and generous. GBAll Over the World with Carry on I received the Solgaard Carry-On as a gift from my wife since I have been traveling a lot more for business. This thing has taken me all over the US, East Coast, West Coast, midwest, and into Asia. It has taken its fair share of bumps and bruises from travel. So finally one of the latching rivets gave out that held the two halves at a 90-degree angle. So I contacted Solgaar CSR and Kristine was able to help me with a replacement in a short period of time. That's some good work there CSR. That's how you get return customers and people supporting your brand. Keep up the good post-sales support.

GBSolgaard customer service is amazing! Solgaard customer service is absolutely amazing. I just got the check-in closet original and my shelve organizer straps started to rip while in South Africa. I emailed a picture of the straps and Lyza was amazing. She gave me two options to have it repaired and cover the costs or have it replaced. I opted for the replacement and got my confirmation that it was placed same day. This is what customer service should be for all companies.
