I had an issue with the handle and… I had an issue with the handle and contacted Solgaard and they promptly addressed the issue and sent me a replacement bag. I highly recommend their bags and customer service.

Excelllent concept. Great support. I really like the design concept and have put it to the test in four different pieces including three suitcases and a backpack. I have had a couple straps break on the closets but Solgaard support was accessible and responsive. They made it right.

Broken strap on closet! I was packing for a 10 day vacay to Florida and on to my Grandsons graduation. The strap broke on my closet, I contacted Solgaard. They got some info and are sending me a new closet. No questions asked. Great customer service!!

First trip with their carry on bag and… First trip with their carry on bag and one of the cinch straps for the closet ripped right out of the top of it. Customer service in a few short email exchanges has setup for a new one to be sent. I was able to travel and use the closet, minus the strap, effectively and really like the suitcase overall. Hopefully the replacement won't take months.
