Excellent, prompt service I placed my order online during the weekend for some replacement luggage wheels and a few other items. Monday morning, within just a few hours, I had an email notification of shipment, and a couple of days later the products arrived. They were exactly as advertised, and worked out great. Terrific service.

A+ experience I called before I ordered to make sure everything was in stock and talked to a very helpful lady (she was able to tell me everything about luggage dimensions, shipping time etc.). My order was delivered in 2 days (free postage, as it was above the $150 limit), so I'm very happy with the experience. The flight crew grade Travelpro they sell is way better than their commercial line available (at a higher price) at regular luggage and department stores.

Amazing quality and product Everything was simple to install and the quality is great. Delivery was fast & product was received in great condition. I will continue to use this site in the future!

Excellent service in every way. I have been a customer of the Stop Over Store for many, many years. I don't remember when the Store first opened, but I have been flying since 1969, so I guess I can say I have been there since the beginning. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my supplies and equipment. The website make it unnecessary to bid a trip thru Minneapolis (or wherever) to come into the Store, which I did for years. The best prices, excellent selection, and the absolute best service and shipping. Thanks for continuing to be there. Best Regards, S.P. Delta F/A - LAX

Great Personalized Service Needed aircraft manuals, reference materials, & study guides for classroom segment of type rating training in a new jet. Called to verify items were in stock, and ability to ship same day with guaranteed overnight service. Quick response, and smooth order processing. Was flexible enough to add to that same order less than an hour later (mid-day), and still ship the entire order together - same day. Everything arrived as requested, and packaged well. Overall great experience. A+
