Excellent, prompt service I placed my order online during the weekend for some replacement luggage wheels and a few other items. Monday morning, within just a few hours, I had an email notification of shipment, and a couple of days later the products arrived. They were exactly as advertised, and worked out great. A+ experience I called before I ordered to make sure everything was in stock and talked to a very helpful lady (she was able to tell me everything about luggage dimensions, shipping time etc.). My order was delivered in 2 days (free postage, as it was above the $150 limit), so I'm very happy with the experience. The flight crew grade Travelpro they sell is way better than their commercial line available (at a higher price) at regular luggage and department stores.
