Poor my order, the second with this airline in the past few months, was met with ignorance and rejection. How rude and unprofessional. Only intervention by another individual at the same business was able to continue with my business, and that of my colleagues - through me. International shipping is very pricey so we order items and i collect at my home and bring back after my leave each time.

Ribbed Commando Pullover Sweater Great fit considering it's a men's size sweater. It's amazing that in the 35 years I've been flying I haven't seen anybody come up with many pilot uniform pieces in women's sizes. When i walked into the store to look at sweaters I was directed to flight attendant uniform pieces. : (

Excellent service in every way. I have been a customer of the Stop Over Store for many, many years. I don't remember when the Store first opened, but I have been flying since 1969, so I guess I can say I have been there since the beginning. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my supplies and equipment. The website make it unnecessary to bid a trip thru Minneapolis (or wherever) to come into the Store, which I did for years. Luggage wheels better than original equipment! I bought a pair of wheels to replace the wheels on my TravelPro rolling suitcase. The parts arrived within a week of ordering, were easy to install and work better than the originals. They are quiet, spin freely, are better made and are more cushioning than the original plastic wheels. Overall, a good shopping experience and excellent product.
