A+ experience I called before I ordered to make sure everything was in stock and talked to a very helpful lady (she was able to tell me everything about luggage dimensions, shipping time etc.). My order was delivered in 2 days (free postage, as it was above the $150 limit), so I'm very happy with the experience. The flight crew grade Travelpro they sell is way better than their commercial line available (at a higher price) at regular luggage and department stores.

Ribbed Commando Pullover Sweater Great fit considering it's a men's size sweater. It's amazing that in the 35 years I've been flying I haven't seen anybody come up with many pilot uniform pieces in women's sizes. When i walked into the store to look at sweaters I was directed to flight attendant uniform pieces. : (

Very quick and attentive response I ordered luggageworks suitcase from Japan. After completion of order, tracking number was sent to me, but I couldn't see any shipping status on USPS website. I emaied to Stop-Over store and they replied soon with current shipping status. The product arrived at me after a week with no problem. Highly recommend.

Luggage wheels better than original equipment! I bought a pair of wheels to replace the wheels on my TravelPro rolling suitcase. The parts arrived within a week of ordering, were easy to install and work better than the originals. They are quiet, spin freely, are better made and are more cushioning than the original plastic wheels. Overall, a good shopping experience and excellent product.
