Very quick and attentive response I ordered luggageworks suitcase from Japan. After completion of order, tracking number was sent to me, but I couldn't see any shipping status on USPS website. Great find! YouTube video with instructions on changing travel pro crew5 wheels and wheels from stop over store saved us a lot of $$$. Luggage repair in manhattan is sooooo expensive. Couldn't have been easier!
