GBHorrible experience shoppers BEWARE Horrible experience. First thing they don’t exchange shoes so I had to get a refund however they don’t have any return shipping labels. I paid more to ship the shoes back than the original shipping cost, then finally I receive a refund email and they have discounted the refund. OMG what a nightmare. Shoppers beware make sure you get the correct size shoes if not you will be scammed as I was out of a whole $10.00

GBOrder number 2419862 Urbanog did refund my order in full. I was kinda bummed I lost the sale price i received when I first ordered. Urbanog sent me a code to use for same sale price. I'm happy again. Order number 2419862. FedEx lost my order. I have been sending messages, emails and have not got a response regarding my order being lost. I was told by FEDEX to file a "lost package claim but haven't been able to reach anyone regarding my order. My order was paid in full, and I still have no merchandise or answer when I will get my order. No communication from UrbanOg. I love this site, but this needs to be addressed ASAP. What do I do?

GBFLY Footwear!!!! I recently was on the hunt for a a pair of blue sneakers for a girls trip. It is imperative to have a pair of shoes that are not only reasonably priced, comfortable but they HAVE to be FLY!!! I placed my order after seeing these shoes and wondering how they would look in person. The communication was stellar I got an email immediately confirming my order (Order #2409263) and the following day I got a shipping confirmation email. My items arrived in under 5 days. The shoes look even better in person, I am pleasantly surprised!!!!! Can't wait to wear them!!!!
