I do not like shopping online due to companies like this I took a chance and I lost but I will NEVER refer anyone to urban OG if I see their name mentioned I will do all that I can to prevent someone else from going thru what I am experiencing

GBOrder number 2419862 Urbanog did refund my order in full. I was kinda bummed I lost the sale price i received when I first ordered. Urbanog sent me a code to use for same sale price. I'm happy again. Order number 2419862. FedEx lost my order. I have been sending messages, emails and have not got a response regarding my order being lost. I was told by FEDEX to file a "lost package claim but haven't been able to reach anyone regarding my order. My order was paid in full, and I still have no merchandise or answer when I will get my order. No communication from UrbanOg. I love this site, but this needs to be addressed ASAP. What do I do?
