I love UrbanOg.com I love UrbanOg.com. Ever since I discovered the site, I have been in love. Their trendy clothes and shoes are soooo bomb, and the prices are so cheap and affordable.My recent order (#UOG2322409) was three pairs of sandals for which I got them all for $50. I was super pleased! I have ordered from them on multiple occasions, and they have never slacked on communication or tracking/shipping. I always get compliments on all my stuff and I always recommend them to anyone looking for cute clothes or shoes for any type of occasion or season.

Order number 2419862 Urbanog did refund my order in full. I was kinda bummed I lost the sale price i received when I first ordered. Urbanog sent me a code to use for same sale price. I'm happy again. Order number 2419862. FedEx lost my order. I have been sending messages, emails and have not got a response regarding my order being lost. I was told by FEDEX to file a "lost package claim but haven't been able to reach anyone regarding my order. My order was paid in full, and I still have no merchandise or answer when I will get my order. No communication from UrbanOg. I love this site, but this needs to be addressed ASAP. What do I do?
