Horrible experience shoppers BEWARE Horrible experience. First thing they don’t exchange shoes so I had to get a refund however they don’t have any return shipping labels. I paid more to ship the shoes back than the original shipping cost, then finally I receive a refund email and they have discounted the refund. OMG what a nightmare. Shoppers beware make sure you get the correct size shoes if not you will be scammed as I was out of a whole $10.00

Love it! I just ordered 3 pairs of boots and 2 purses, they shipped in good time, unbeatable prices, good quality, and all super cute. The first order I ever placed with UrbanOG was in 2012 for a pair of heels and ballet flats and I’ve been ordering ever since and have never been disappointed. Cheap Shoes + Expensive Shipping = Effed UpVacation 😡 Placed order 11/27 Paid $25 for 3day shipping 12/03/19 no order, tracking is no longer available and the customer service number is BS! NO Hi thank you for calling UrbanOG we will direct your call only rings and says you’re being transferred to extension 1 hold music plays no one answers and you have to leave a message. I do not like shopping online due to companies like this I took a chance and I lost but I will NEVER refer anyone to urban OG if I see their name mentioned I will do all that I can to prevent someone else from going thru what I am experiencing
