Refund I bought a fendi bag but it was arrived a little bit too late due to the holiday shipping and I decided to return it. There was nothing wrong with the bag. It was a bit tough to reach customer service but they responded me as soon as they can, also, the refund went smoothly. Thank you.

Bought an expensive pair of heels and… Bought an expensive pair of heels and it came damaged, very noticeably, you can definitely tell whoever packed it did not even care to check the item. Contacted Reebonz but their service was merely mediocre. They weren’t able to do anything about replacing the item or even replacing it with same heels different color, and I still have to go through the trouble of returning, without the pair of shoes I really wanted. The only reason why I gave them 1 more star is because they did try it their best to expedite the refund but ultimately, I would rather have the shoes I bought than all these trouble.

Celine Snowwhite Purchased a Celine classic bag from Reebonz several weeks ago, the second day after my order placement, there's a site wide promotion event. The online sales rep was able to help me adjust the price but informed me it will take about 1.5-2 months. I agreed to that. I received the bag several days later, perfect condition, exactly as described, very happy with the purchase. I was expecting a long wait for the refund but so surprised to find that I already got the refund today. Not sure why there're complaints about the site, but I'm very positive on my experience. Highly recommend.
