I noticed a preowned "Pristine" bag was described as having no visible marks, but the photos clearly showed a little bit of dirt on the handles and bottom. I messaged Customer Service and they quickly amended the description and confirmed that the photos were of the actual bag. I purchased the Givenchy Antigona bag using coupons and got an amazing deal. Shipping was so fast and the packaging with the box and bow was fabulous. Super happy with my purchase!

I apprehensively ordered a Moncler… I apprehensively ordered a Moncler jacket, that every website said would be fake if ordered from an online vendor. This jacket was NOT a fake and was delivered beautifully packaged. I unfortunately had to return it bc it was too small amd couldnt exchange bc there werent any other sizes available. I smoothly returned the jacket and received a refund promptly! Excellent customer service!

Poor customer service Purchased an Alexander McQueen wallet for $415, approximately 29-31 days after receipt of wallet the magnetic snap pulled through the leather. I contacted Reebonz and they said it is over 30 days old, and i should bring it for repair. and they would pay for it. Brought for repair cost me $8.50, no big deal, but they should have done the right thing and replaced the pretty much brand new $415 wallet. I will neber purchase from them again.

Great site to shop! The Fendi charm was in much better condition than I was expected. Shipping from Singapore to US was extremely fast. It only took 3 days from the date of order to the date of delivery. I highly recommend Reebonz.

SO PERFECT WOW. I just received my Prada Cahier bag and it is stunning. Although I did pay more than I would have in US, I cannot bear to return it. Also, it was shipped to me in Chicago in 3 days which is amazing. Not sure why it was hundreds more, but I also couldn't find the size and color I wanted easily in states so I will swallow the cost because I adore the bag so much.
