As for the item, it was carefully and beautifully shipped in a box and with the original brand dust bag. Once I pulled out the purse, I was amazed as the bag is perfect and it’s condition is pristine, as indicated. Overall the purchase was pretty pleasant.

I apprehensively ordered a Moncler… I apprehensively ordered a Moncler jacket, that every website said would be fake if ordered from an online vendor. This jacket was NOT a fake and was delivered beautifully packaged. I unfortunately had to return it bc it was too small amd couldnt exchange bc there werent any other sizes available. I smoothly returned the jacket and received a refund promptly! Excellent customer service!

I bought an item I ended up returning… I bought an item I ended up returning and felt a bit uneasy about the returns process as I live in the US, but it was very easy and convenient. I was able to start the return process online, print out the delivery documents, and a DHL person came to pick up the package so I didn't have to leave the house. It did not take more than a week or two to get a confirmation email from Reebonz that the item was returned and a few days later the item was credited back to me. This was a great shopping experience and I would definitely buy from this site again.
