GBI bought an item I ended up returning… I bought an item I ended up returning and felt a bit uneasy about the returns process as I live in the US, but it was very easy and convenient. I was able to start the return process online, print out the delivery documents, and a DHL person came to pick up the package so I didn't have to leave the house. It did not take more than a week or two to get a confirmation email from Reebonz that the item was returned and a few days later the item was credited back to me. This was a great shopping experience and I would definitely buy from this site again.

GBRefund I bought a fendi bag but it was arrived a little bit too late due to the holiday shipping and I decided to return it. There was nothing wrong with the bag. It was a bit tough to reach customer service but they responded me as soon as they can, also, the refund went smoothly. Thank you.

GBCustomer service is excellent Customer service is excellent. I noticed a preowned "Pristine" bag was described as having no visible marks, but the photos clearly showed a little bit of dirt on the handles and bottom. I messaged Customer Service and they quickly amended the description and confirmed that the photos were of the actual bag. I purchased the Givenchy Antigona bag using coupons and got an amazing deal. Shipping was so fast and the packaging with the box and bow was fabulous. Super happy with my purchase!

GBGreat site to shop! The Fendi charm was in much better condition than I was expected. Shipping from Singapore to US was extremely fast. It only took 3 days from the date of order to the date of delivery. I highly recommend Reebonz.
