Celine Snowwhite Purchased a Celine classic bag from Reebonz several weeks ago, the second day after my order placement, there's a site wide promotion event. The online sales rep was able to help me adjust the price but informed me it will take about 1.5-2 months. I agreed to that. I received the bag several days later, perfect condition, exactly as described, very happy with the purchase. I was expecting a long wait for the refund but so surprised to find that I already got the refund today. Not sure why there're complaints about the site, but I'm very positive on my experience. Highly recommend.

Ordered something and got tracking… Ordered something and got tracking number from fed ex Watched it get shipped to Singapore Thought it was fraud So I called your company No response Sent email it took two days for a response Meantime I thought it was fraud contacted American Express But then finally received my purchase two weeks later Need to fix your customer service to get answers back quicker and need a operator to speak to

Great site to shop! The Fendi charm was in much better condition than I was expected. Shipping from Singapore to US was extremely fast. It only took 3 days from the date of order to the date of delivery. I highly recommend Reebonz.

Customer service is excellent Customer service is excellent. I noticed a preowned "Pristine" bag was described as having no visible marks, but the photos clearly showed a little bit of dirt on the handles and bottom. I messaged Customer Service and they quickly amended the description and confirmed that the photos were of the actual bag. I purchased the Givenchy Antigona bag using coupons and got an amazing deal. Shipping was so fast and the packaging with the box and bow was fabulous. Super happy with my purchase!
