My wedding dressed was shipped mashed up in a thin plastic bag. They forgot to send my wedding veil and have no solutions. They just keep saying it already been processed. Customer service clearly doesn't want to resolve the issue or take responsibility for their mistakes and a refund for the veil that they never sent has been rejected multiple times even though it was their error. Very unprofessional. This has been a nightmare experience. Save yourself the stress and skip bridelily.com!!
