Needing exact coloring We purchased a pale yellow, mermaid style, special event dress. When we received it, it was a bright canary yellow. With it not being correct we needed to return the dress and did this with minimal effort. Raina was very helpful with assisting in the process. The dress was beautiful and well made, just the wrong color.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY; dress took 6-8 weeks to arrive from China, was nothing at all like the photo, and they would refund me after i sent photos as proof. Finally after threatening social media annihilation I got 50% back. The dress is still in our garage in the plastic bag and not even worth donating to charity! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! 🤬

I was skeptical of ordering my dress on the internet I was skeptical of ordering my bridal gown from the internet, but Bridelily had a beautiful dress I fell in love with at a great price! When the COVID-19 virus struck, I read horror stories of dresses taking longer than usual to come in for brides across the country. I was amazed that not only was my dress NOT delayed but the dress fit like a glove thanks to the custom measurements! The dress itself was great quality and looked JUST like the picture. It just keeps getting worse It just keeps getting worse. The dress is nothing like it showed in the picture. Poor quality in the materials and stitching. My wedding dressed was shipped mashed up in a thin plastic bag. They forgot to send my wedding veil and have no solutions. They just keep saying it already been processed. Customer service clearly doesn't want to resolve the issue or take responsibility for their mistakes and a refund for the veil that they never sent has been rejected multiple times even though it was their error. Very unprofessional. This has been a nightmare experience. Save yourself the stress and skip bridelily.com!!

Most amazing experience! Most amazing experience! I was treated with great customer service, the champagne was a welcomed bonus. Found the dress I wanted... purchase was pain free and so recieved my dress faster then expected! I was given so many compliments on my wedding day. Totally satasfied!!
