Order at your expense…I felt… Order at your expense…I felt defrauded.. the dress I ordered was NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED… also they did not send appropriate tracking number to track the package .. so the 2nd dress I ordered is still somewhere.. where idk? I contacted customer service and the answered they gave was soo vague.. zero attempt to solve the issue. Which is “where is the dress” and when should I expect it.. never answered and after awhile all correspondence ceased.. I’m sending back the 1 dressed I received expeditiously..

I was skeptical of ordering my dress on the internet I was skeptical of ordering my bridal gown from the internet, but Bridelily had a beautiful dress I fell in love with at a great price! When the COVID-19 virus struck, I read horror stories of dresses taking longer than usual to come in for brides across the country. I was amazed that not only was my dress NOT delayed but the dress fit like a glove thanks to the custom measurements! The dress itself was great quality and looked JUST like the picture.
