I was skeptical of ordering my dress on the internet I was skeptical of ordering my bridal gown from the internet, but Bridelily had a beautiful dress I fell in love with at a great price! When the COVID-19 virus struck, I read horror stories of dresses taking longer than usual to come in for brides across the country. I was amazed that not only was my dress NOT delayed but the dress fit like a glove thanks to the custom measurements! The dress itself was great quality and looked JUST like the picture. Definitely worth taking a chance with Bridelily. Great product, great price, and great service!

Most amazing experience! Most amazing experience! I was treated with great customer service, the champagne was a welcomed bonus. Found the dress I wanted... purchase was pain free and so recieved my dress faster then expected! I was given so many compliments on my wedding day. Totally satasfied!!

Order at your expense…I felt… Order at your expense…I felt defrauded.. the dress I ordered was NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED… also they did not send appropriate tracking number to track the package .. so the 2nd dress I ordered is still somewhere.. where idk? I contacted customer service and the answered they gave was soo vague.. zero attempt to solve the issue. Which is “where is the dress” and when should I expect it.. never answered and after awhile all correspondence ceased.. I’m sending back the 1 dressed I received expeditiously..

price is reasonable with good quality I wanna give a 6 Star. Easy to order, price is reasonable with good quality. My experience with bridelily overall has been amazing, Thank you, everything is just super smooth, especially for the trial dress, this was the easiest part, I just need follow the direction and drops it at one of the recommend USPS, no need to pay.

Horrible horrible horrible experience Horrible horrible horrible experience. Dress is 3 sizes too small despite accurate measurements. Told via email complaint to “ have the dress altered “ (not possible) or “donate to someone in need”. ABSOLUTE fraudulent company that should be investigated by the BBB!! DO NOT ORDER FROM this company!!!
