loved this dress I absolutely loved this dress. It only downfall about this dress is that sequins fell off from time to time. I found black sequins all over my room but you can't even tell any fell off.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY If I could give none I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY; dress took 6-8 weeks to arrive from China, was nothing at all like the photo, and they would refund me after i sent photos as proof. Finally after threatening social media annihilation I got 50% back. The dress is still in our garage in the plastic bag and not even worth donating to charity! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! 🤬

This dress fits me great. I honestly had low expectations for this dress but for the price, it is absolutely amazing. I'm 5 ft at it is a great length on me. There is one spot where the stitching isn't super neat but it's not very noticeable. It's absolutely beautiful. Perfect for prom

Order at your expense…I felt… Order at your expense…I felt defrauded.. the dress I ordered was NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED… also they did not send appropriate tracking number to track the package .. so the 2nd dress I ordered is still somewhere.. where idk? I contacted customer service and the answered they gave was soo vague.. zero attempt to solve the issue. Which is “where is the dress” and when should I expect it.. never answered and after awhile all correspondence ceased.. I’m sending back the 1 dressed I received expeditiously..

It just keeps getting worse It just keeps getting worse. The dress is nothing like it showed in the picture. Poor quality in the materials and stitching. My wedding dressed was shipped mashed up in a thin plastic bag. They forgot to send my wedding veil and have no solutions. They just keep saying it already been processed. Customer service clearly doesn't want to resolve the issue or take responsibility for their mistakes and a refund for the veil that they never sent has been rejected multiple times even though it was their error. Very unprofessional. This has been a nightmare experience. Save yourself the stress and skip bridelily.com!!
