My experience with bridelily overall has been amazing, Thank you, everything is just super smooth, especially for the trial dress, this was the easiest part, I just need follow the direction and drops it at one of the recommend USPS, no need to pay.

Order at your expense…I felt… Order at your expense…I felt defrauded.. the dress I ordered was NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED… also they did not send appropriate tracking number to track the package .. so the 2nd dress I ordered is still somewhere.. where idk? I contacted customer service and the answered they gave was soo vague.. zero attempt to solve the issue. Which is “where is the dress” and when should I expect it.. never answered and after awhile all correspondence ceased.. I’m sending back the 1 dressed I received expeditiously..
