Vertica - Best, most versatile bag, I love it! "I have been using the Vertica bag for the past couple of months as my go-to work bag and I absolutely love it! I did A LOT of research before purchasing and compared it's features to many other bags on the market. I'm very confident that I made the right choice! They thought of every detail when they designed this bag as it has a pocket for everything, including an easily-accessible magnet pocket for a cellphone on the front which comes in super handy. And everything has a zipper to keep the contents safe, which is very important. I also really like the fact that when used as a backpack, the bag sits flat on my back and doesn't stick out like most backpacks. This makes for an easier train commute as it doesn't get in anyone's way. And, if I feel like it, I can also carry it by the handles. Also, when I get to work, it's flexible enough so that I can store it in my desk drawer. The versatility of this bag is very impressive! It also has a strap on the back that can be pulled over a carry-on bag handle, which I look forward to trying out on my next trip! All in all, great bag and I am very happy with my purchase!"

undelivered bag, where is it? Unfortunately, I can't say I'm satisfied with this company. I ordered and payed a pragmastyle bag on March, 8th and still didn't receive it. Starting from March 19th, I already wrote 4 e-mails asking to let me know when it would be delivered. They said the shipping company delivered the bag on March, 20th at 12.41, but this is impossible since no one was at home at this time. Furthermore, they were not able to prove who signed the delivering receipt, so after 20 days I'm still waiting for the bag I purchased on March, 8th. I'm wondering whether this may be a case of bad customer management, a misconduct of the shipping company or a case of fraud. We will see...

The bag took quite a while a while to… The bag took quite a while a while to arrive. It did not have the colour interior that I ordered. I like the multiple ways with which it can be used but this is negated by the fact that when full the zip in the main part is extremly difficult to close. It requires another piece of cloth to make the top the same width as the bottom and a tag on the end of the zip.

Style and functionality in harmony I loved the style and functionality of this bag. I also like that the lining is light in colour so the contents are easily distinguishable. The features are very well thought out. Two features I suggest you might add is (1) a key hanger (for the want of a better term) to tether and find a bunch of keys more easily, and (2) a luggage ID window/emergency contact info. I love the purple haze and the hidden pocket. The wet pocket is great also. The Pragma Style carry-on bag gives me joy. (After purchasing I realized your logo has my initials: PS/SP - bonus!)
