CAStyle and functionality in harmony I loved the style and functionality of this bag. I also like that the lining is light in colour so the contents are easily distinguishable. The features are very well thought out. Two features I suggest you might add is (1) a key hanger (for the want of a better term) to tether and find a bunch of keys more easily, and (2) a luggage ID window/emergency contact info. I love the purple haze and the hidden pocket. The wet pocket is great also. The Pragma Style carry-on bag gives me joy. (After purchasing I realized your logo has my initials: PS/SP - bonus!)

AUI have received my purchase but incorrect one I received my purchase. Straight after making the purchase, I emailed service to make a change. They agreed upon it. But I received my order without the change made. I have since had some correspondence but after a few weeks, have heard nothing from service.

GBBest bag for this nurse and mom As a nurse, new mom and woman on the go, this is the perfect bag for me. I love all of the pockets on the outside and inside for keeping things organized and easy to find. There are different ways to attach the strap based on what I’m doing each day. The material makes this bag durable and washable.

GBNice bag in the end but customer service needs an upgrade The first bag I received had an obvious dirty black mark on it so I was really disappointed after waiting for it to arrive to the UK. I took photos and emailed them. While I was happy I was offered a new bag at no expense to me, I was told I'd receive tracking info but I had to chase that, when I checked tracking almost a week later , it said it had been misrouted which was disappointing again as it sounded like it was lost. I contacted them again and received another email to say it has been delivered and it had (I was away at that point). Overall I like the bag, although yet to use it, but customer service could be improved and I didn't get an apology. The whole thing made the buying experience stressful.
