A bit disappointed The order process and delivery was spot on and the practicality of the bag works very well however the bag is not as attractive as it looks in the images. Even though I chose the grey I actually don't like it in reality. The standard of the stitching is not what I expected either and the bag is very soft so when I put my items inside, the bag sags and flops.

Great concept, design needs more work I love the concept of the Converta bag, but the inside liner material needs some work. The exterior is durable, but the inner lining quickly snagged and started to tear.
