Excellent customer service My bag had structural issues after less than a year. I contacted Pragmastyle, sent photos and my issue was quickly attended to. I have now been sent a new bag (not received as yet - still in transit). The service was timely and polite. I appreciate the service and offer of a replacement bag as it is a very useful item. Happy to have bought this bag I've been receiving the bag advertisement on my social media for a while, after googling for a handy travel bag. After not finding anything better that is practical yet stylish and reading mostly positive reviews, I decided to order it. Although I haven't used it for travel yet, I'm very happy with the purchase. The bag looks exactly as shown on the website and seems to be of very good quality. The only minor add-on that would be practical would be an outer zipped pocket for the phone or passport for quick access. Thank you to a trustworthy company that handled my order very swiftly to arrive in Malaysia.

Mixed impressions. I liked the size, inner pockets and 2 water bottle holders. I found the main zipper very stiff and a struggle to go all around to clip into the other ring. The backpack harnesses aren’t that comfortable. They “cut in” more than other products that have more padding.

Great customer service Bag arrived a little damaged, but with great customer service, quick replies, great solution and fast replacement I now fully get to enjoy the back and it is amazing!
