Excellent customer service My bag had structural issues after less than a year. I contacted Pragmastyle, sent photos and my issue was quickly attended to. I have now been sent a new bag (not received as yet - still in transit). The service was timely and polite. I appreciate the service and offer of a replacement bag as it is a very useful item. This bag is practical This bag is practical, nice big size for daily and weekend trips. I find the convertibility really helpful for different looks. The style is more casual and everyday. I bought the grey orange interior, it appears more brown and goes with most everything. Lots of pocket space for organization and strong material. Great price for value!

The bag took quite a while a while to… The bag took quite a while a while to arrive. It did not have the colour interior that I ordered. I like the multiple ways with which it can be used but this is negated by the fact that when full the zip in the main part is extremly difficult to close. It requires another piece of cloth to make the top the same width as the bottom and a tag on the end of the zip.
