MPCan't wait to travel with it! I must mention that when I placed the order I accidentally entered the wrong address, I sent a message to customer service and they fixed it. The bag didn't take long to arrive. It's so nice and bigger than I expected. I will be using this bag in a few weeks for a trip to South Korea.

When I wrote to Philippe, I was surprised and delighted with his prompt response and willingness to expedite my shipment. GBNice bag in the end but customer service needs an upgrade The first bag I received had an obvious dirty black mark on it so I was really disappointed after waiting for it to arrive to the UK. I took photos and emailed them. While I was happy I was offered a new bag at no expense to me, I was told I'd receive tracking info but I had to chase that, when I checked tracking almost a week later , it said it had been misrouted which was disappointing again as it sounded like it was lost. I contacted them again and received another email to say it has been delivered and it had (I was away at that point). Overall I like the bag, although yet to use it, but customer service could be improved and I didn't get an apology. The whole thing made the buying experience stressful.

GBGreat concept, design needs more work I love the concept of the Converta bag, but the inside liner material needs some work. The exterior is durable, but the inner lining quickly snagged and started to tear.

ITundelivered bag, where is it? Unfortunately, I can't say I'm satisfied with this company. I ordered and payed a pragmastyle bag on March, 8th and still didn't receive it. Starting from March 19th, I already wrote 4 e-mails asking to let me know when it would be delivered. They said the shipping company delivered the bag on March, 20th at 12.41, but this is impossible since no one was at home at this time. Furthermore, they were not able to prove who signed the delivering receipt, so after 20 days I'm still waiting for the bag I purchased on March, 8th. I'm wondering whether this may be a case of bad customer management, a misconduct of the shipping company or a case of fraud. We will see...
