AUI have received my purchase but incorrect one I received my purchase. Straight after making the purchase, I emailed service to make a change. They agreed upon it. But I received my order without the change made. I have since had some correspondence but after a few weeks, have heard nothing from service.

NLGreat customer service Bag arrived a little damaged, but with great customer service, quick replies, great solution and fast replacement I now fully get to enjoy the back and it is amazing!

GBThe bag took quite a while a while to… The bag took quite a while a while to arrive. It did not have the colour interior that I ordered. I like the multiple ways with which it can be used but this is negated by the fact that when full the zip in the main part is extremly difficult to close. It requires another piece of cloth to make the top the same width as the bottom and a tag on the end of the zip.

GBNice bag in the end but customer service needs an upgrade The first bag I received had an obvious dirty black mark on it so I was really disappointed after waiting for it to arrive to the UK. I took photos and emailed them. While I was happy I was offered a new bag at no expense to me, I was told I'd receive tracking info but I had to chase that, when I checked tracking almost a week later , it said it had been misrouted which was disappointing again as it sounded like it was lost. I contacted them again and received another email to say it has been delivered and it had (I was away at that point). Overall I like the bag, although yet to use it, but customer service could be improved and I didn't get an apology. The whole thing made the buying experience stressful.

GBGreat concept, design needs more work I love the concept of the Converta bag, but the inside liner material needs some work. The exterior is durable, but the inner lining quickly snagged and started to tear.
