Function Forward Products from an A+ Company This company creates good looking, function forward products for everyday and travel. I've had the travel pack for several years of regular use and it's really performed so well. Over 3 years and I haven't even used all the features!? Only recently a zipper flaw came loose which you would never guess since the rest of the bag still looks amazing. A simple warranty request and a replacement was provided with no issue. It was such an easy experience that leaves you informed all along the way. I have no reservations recommending this company and their products! Go get a bag!

THE PERFECT BAGS (I'm obsessed! I have to say that these bags are tremendous. I have used dozens of different laptop bags, backpacks, messenger bags over the years, but these are far and away the best I have purchased. The are not only made with extremely high quality materials, but they are so intuitively perfect for those of us who travel frequently, have all the newest and latest tech gadgets, want to carry a lot with them, but not look like they are. Everything has a home, but the bag still looks sleek and professional. I LOVE THESE BAGS!!!!!

Wanted to be sure items were registered… Wanted to be sure items were registered for warranty and reached out to understand why some were not showing up on history. CS responded to my e-mail quickly and addressed my question and confirmed all items are under my account should I need to get warranty coverage. Look forward to getting more Nomatic gear soon!

Horrendous customer service Horrendous customer service. Rather no customer service. No human being to talk to No one responds to emails. At £350 a bag you would expect better. Do they really expect people to buy with such atrocious customer service. Still waiting for my replacement / return.
