CA10/10 worth it Are they expensive? Yes. Are they worth every penny? Absolutely. If you’re the type of person to consider dropping $300+ on a backpack Nomatic will deliver everything you’re looking for. Top of the line materials fit and finish, takes constructive feedback well, and stands behind their products. 3+ years using this pack every day and I still love it. Had one zipper failure from an early model and Nomatic replaced the bag free of charge no questions asked. Top marks…

GBWanted to be sure items were registered… Wanted to be sure items were registered for warranty and reached out to understand why some were not showing up on history. CS responded to my e-mail quickly and addressed my question and confirmed all items are under my account should I need to get warranty coverage. Look forward to getting more Nomatic gear soon!

GBGreat and fast response from customer service I am a new customer and am I not only impressed with the product (great backpack), it with the customer service more importantly. I bought the pack 3 weeks ago and it went on sale today. I sent an email through the Nomatic customer service portal asking about honoring/matching the 5 hour sale price. I received a response and refund within 20 minutes. Absolutely the best response and service I have ever received from an contact email. Super service!
