I can't even begin to express how happy… I can't even begin to express how happy I am! The talented Brie from the Customer Service Team went beyond the call of duty to obtain a product sold out when I placed my order. However, because I am finally traveling, l was concerned I wouldn't receive it in time. Amazingly, after her further research, Brie obtained the product! I am over the moon and am looking forward to receiving it. It was refreshing to speak with someone who listened, cared, and understood my urgent needs. I am so relieved and grateful for her persistence. I feel valued and am looking forward to buying more of Nomatic's products.

Great and fast response from customer service I am a new customer and am I not only impressed with the product (great backpack), it with the customer service more importantly. I bought the pack 3 weeks ago and it went on sale today. I sent an email through the Nomatic customer service portal asking about honoring/matching the 5 hour sale price. I received a response and refund within 20 minutes. Absolutely the best response and service I have ever received from an contact email. Super service!

Function Forward Products from an A+ Company This company creates good looking, function forward products for everyday and travel. I've had the travel pack for several years of regular use and it's really performed so well. Over 3 years and I haven't even used all the features!? Only recently a zipper flaw came loose which you would never guess since the rest of the bag still looks amazing. A simple warranty request and a replacement was provided with no issue. It was such an easy experience that leaves you informed all along the way. I have no reservations recommending this company and their products! Go get a bag!
