GBGreat service!!! I have been a Nomatic product user since their Kickstarter days and have been overly impressed with their bags day one. I own a multiple of their travels bags and have recently needed to have my messenger bag fixed due to 4 years of traveling the world. ILGreat backpack, awful logistics. I am quite certain that if you live in a certain country in the middle east that is currently in a conflict at this moment, the personnel at the logistics department will declare that you paid x4 more than the actual price for the backpack and you'll be forced to pay out of pocket for import taxes that cost as much as the backpack itself. The appeal process with the government went nowhere. Although their support team is helpful. Do not buy directly on their website, Amazon does not have these kinds of screwups.

GBGreat and fast response from customer service I am a new customer and am I not only impressed with the product (great backpack), it with the customer service more importantly. I bought the pack 3 weeks ago and it went on sale today. I sent an email through the Nomatic customer service portal asking about honoring/matching the 5 hour sale price. I received a response and refund within 20 minutes. Absolutely the best response and service I have ever received from an contact email. Super service!
