Good products but lacking customer service Ordered a few products from a while back and when the order arrived, it was missing two items. I notified Nomatic and informed me that they would be shipped out, but when I received the order, only one item had been shipped. The product is good but customer service is lacking.

Excellent build and design Excellent bags and products - I have found a company I love as much as the original Eagle Creek from the early 2000’s (until they sold and compromised quality and style). I hope Nomatic has thoughtful details and excellent build. I have the four wheeled carryon, the new camera backpack and the compression cubes. They work well together and look very sharp.

Great service!!! I have been a Nomatic product user since their Kickstarter days and have been overly impressed with their bags day one. I own a multiple of their travels bags and have recently needed to have my messenger bag fixed due to 4 years of traveling the world.
