Function Forward Products from an A+ Company This company creates good looking, function forward products for everyday and travel. I've had the travel pack for several years of regular use and it's really performed so well. Over 3 years and I haven't even used all the features!? Only recently a zipper flaw came loose which you would never guess since the rest of the bag still looks amazing. A simple warranty request and a replacement was provided with no issue. It was such an easy experience that leaves you informed all along the way. I have no reservations recommending this company and their products! Go get a bag!

an excellent product with kne flaw and bad customer service… an wxcellent product in the backocks but the dsogn puts high stress at the corners. When the zipper separates from the fabric, you will spend 2-3 months of your time getting customer service to do something. If you don’t mind having to nag them frequently to do something, ANYTHING, it is a generally excellent product.

Good products but lacking customer service Ordered a few products from a while back and when the order arrived, it was missing two items. I notified Nomatic and informed me that they would be shipped out, but when I received the order, only one item had been shipped. The product is good but customer service is lacking.

Excellent build and design Excellent bags and products - I have found a company I love as much as the original Eagle Creek from the early 2000’s (until they sold and compromised quality and style). I hope Nomatic has thoughtful details and excellent build. I have the four wheeled carryon, the new camera backpack and the compression cubes. They work well together and look very sharp.
