I ordered 4 bags online I ordered 4 bags online. When i received only 3 of them, i called customer service. They immediately shipped out the 4th and sent a gift as apology for error. It was unnecessary but very much appreciated. Id definitely recommend them to anyone. Btw, bags were exactly as pictured. They are gifts, so i haven't used them. But think my friends will love them.

100% AMAZING! The product is amazing, however the most wonderful part is their customer service! My purse strap broke before vacation and not only did someone get back to me within 15 min of my email, within an hour they had a new replacement in the mail at no charge! 100% all around and such a great beautiful purse! I bought this bag for my girlfriend she… I bought this bag for my girlfriend she didn't voice it but I know from her last purse that her only complaint is that it doesn't have a single thick over the shoulder strap. She is very happy with her gift and she uses the bag often the plain flat black leather goes with anything, the pink inner lining is effimanante, the hide away pouch is efficient for temperature control, and the depth/width of the bag makes it useable for everyday and special occasions. I will be purchasing the same or a similar bag for my mother for her birthday. Five Star Grade

Worst company ever! Worst company ever!! Do not order from here!! Money was withdrawed as soon as the order was made back in October 2022, but we have never received anything. The telephone number doesn’t work and neither does their e-mail. Therefore no possible way to get in contact with them. Such a scam website!

Best customer service experience. Beyond getting an amazing purse The bag is great because it looks super nice. One thing I have to point out is the fast shipping,amazing customer service and promptness of response when you have a question or need help. My experience goes beyond getting a great purse, but also getting amazing care.
