Best customer service experience. Beyond getting an amazing purse The bag is great because it looks super nice. One thing I have to point out is the fast shipping,amazing customer service and promptness of response when you have a question or need help. My experience goes beyond getting a great purse, but also getting amazing care.

The purse itself looks great & seems... The purse itself looks great & seems sturdy enough... but I cannot, for the life of me, get the spout off of the insulated pouch to save my life! I’ve emailed customer service & tweeted .... still nothing from anyone willing to help. I’ve YouTubed all of the “how to” videos and none of those ladies seem to have any trouble. So here I am .... with a fancy smancy wine bag ..... and no wine to go in it! Kind of defeats the purpose. Oh, and this was a Mother’s Day gift from my devoted husband. He did good, Porto-Vino, not so much.

Worst company ever! Worst company ever!! Do not order from here!! Money was withdrawed as soon as the order was made back in October 2022, but we have never received anything. The telephone number doesn’t work and neither does their e-mail. Therefore no possible way to get in contact with them. Such a scam website!

Perfect Gift!! I gave 5 PortoVino totes as gifts this year and, like me, every recipient was thrilled with the quality and originality. It was fun to watch them open the gift and then realize that it's so much more than a great looking tote bag! Once they recognized the dual usefulness they were both amazed and excited. I also purchased the accessory packages and love the silicone cups and cold pack. They are beautifully packaged in velvet. Don't forget to include the gift bag!
