The purse was very nice and wasn't… The purse was very nice and wasn't rated a 5 star, BECAUSE both bags leaked. I will check one of the additional bags I purchased to check if I get the same results. I also purchased a backpack with the same type of bag and it didn't leak.

100% AMAZING! The product is amazing, however the most wonderful part is their customer service! My purse strap broke before vacation and not only did someone get back to me within 15 min of my email, within an hour they had a new replacement in the mail at no charge! 100% all around and such a great beautiful purse! I ordered 4 bags online I ordered 4 bags online. When i received only 3 of them, i called customer service. They immediately shipped out the 4th and sent a gift as apology for error. It was unnecessary but very much appreciated. Id definitely recommend them to anyone. Btw, bags were exactly as pictured. They are gifts, so i haven't used them. But think my friends will love them.
