I waited to write a review because it was a gift for my daughter she finally got to try it out and was totally thrilled. She said her friends are so jealous. The purse itself looks great & seems... The purse itself looks great & seems sturdy enough... but I cannot, for the life of me, get the spout off of the insulated pouch to save my life! I’ve emailed customer service & tweeted .... still nothing from anyone willing to help. I’ve YouTubed all of the “how to” videos and none of those ladies seem to have any trouble. So here I am .... with a fancy smancy wine bag ..... and no wine to go in it! Kind of defeats the purpose. Oh, and this was a Mother’s Day gift from my devoted husband. He did good, Porto-Vino, not so much.

Cheap and does not delivery on concept Wine pouch was very cheaply made and the spout does not even stay in place like it appears in the photos. You have to fish inside the hole and try to pull the spout out every time you want to use it.

The Aubergine is a winner but the canvas is not. The Aubergine purse is a winner. But the canvas tote was a miss. The canvas material is rough. The whole point of getting the canvas tote was to be able to take it on picnics or to the beach. The material chaffed the underside of your arm. It doesn’t feel good.
